2012

I again took LSL in Term 2 of this year. Rhonda and myself travelled to Egypt and Europe. We finally travelled around Spain and Portugal. We loved it and I managed a Blog while I was away that many staff and students commented on. Helen Carmody started as Principal while I was away. Andrew Williams took over the SPE12 class for me for the year. It was the first time in my teaching career that I didn't teach a Year 12 class! However, I did get to teach an amazing bunch of girls in Year 9 and 11. Hattie Kelso was in my Yr 12 Tute and as a farewell present, she gave me a very delicate Orchid. It is still alive, but only just. It is amazing how many experts there are out there when it comes to growing Orchids! Another student in my Tute was Seren Oroszvary. She was a very talented actress, I even performed on stage with her once, or should I say that I walked onto stage as a Policeman with her once, and even then, I botched it.

Abbey Rich and myself danced in the Tute Dance competition, Abbey in her wheelchair with me pushing her around.

My Tute that year. They will be pleased to know that I still drink from the cup with their faces on it and I still use the mouse pad with their faces on it, though it is starting to look a little shabby now.
